Sometimes the email we send is considered SPAM and most of the time it's because your Junk E-Mail settings are set too high. Here are some things to check:
- Check your SPAM (aka "Junk E-Mail") folder. It might have been transfered there instead of to your Inbox.
- Check your email settings, related to Junk E-Mail. If you have your protection set too high, all email considered SPAM will automatically be deleted.
If you've requested the activation email again but still never received it, send an email to "admin@realpics.net" from the email address you registered your account with. We'll manually activate your account as soon as possible, which shouldn't take more than 8 hours.
