I know a guy down the street from me with an LS1 on his rx-7 and is def. not a bad idea

LS1 RX7's are sweet. I haven't seen one personally but I've seen it done a number of times over the net. 10X more reliable than the wankel and the swap only add's aprox 150 pounds to the car.


As for the honda I wouldn't bother doing anything major. For the cost of all the custom work to get a 5.0L mustang engine in it you can buy a mustang.. Not to mention it would just toast the front tires if you were able to make it work. The only way it could realistically work is if you can convert it to RWD.. Again why not just buy a 5.0L at that point

Nah. Take the money you'd spend on all of those mods, save a bit more, and then buy a new or used car that you will be happy with.

1. any dumbass that knows a thing about cars will be able to tell its not a b18 in there.
2. lots of custom work to convert to RWD
3. save your money and buy something thats worth modding.

those are $7,000 create engines
and 572 is 9.4L even the 522 is above 8.0L these engine are obnoxiously large

Nelson builds it's own stuff it's a machine shop. You can buy 1100hp V8 that you can run on 91 pump gas all day long. I'd be happy to spend all my paychecks on a car that'll hold one of their engines in my engine bay. Large yes, Bullet proof. YES. you can beat on those engines all day at the track on on the street and you will never need to worry about breaking stuff.

Larger engine = less stress on the motor to achieve high power numbers.

In my opinion you can't beat the sound of a Properly built big block.
